The hotel offers a charming atmosphere in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, complemented by a beautiful lobby filled with vibrant plants. While the rooms were a bit dated, the cleanliness was excellent. some facilities could benefit from updates, especially the pool area, which needs more maintenance.

The breathtaking entry area features a four-storey atrium decorated with vibrant hibiscus flowers and lush palm trees, providing a unique and inviting ambiance. The varied breakfast buffet includes local delights, such as fresh pastries and ripe bananas, allowing for a satisfying start to the day.
The WiFi situation is a hassle, offering limited access that often frustrates those needing a reliable connection. Noise from the chiming church bells early in the morning can be a real disruption, especially for light sleepers. the pool temperature leaves much to be desired, making it less inviting for a refreshing swim during cooler days.

Great location and friendly vibes!
I loved the huge room with a balcony, perfect for sunbathing! The shower was top-notch, especially for short people like me. The on-site restaurant had tasty food, and the pool area was pretty chill. Just wish the vibe was a bit less old-school. a solid stay in the heart of the city.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a decent range of options, which I appreciated. noise from the surrounding area was disruptive at times, and the lack of air conditioning made the heat feel a bit uncomfortable during the day.

The hotel’s charming Canarian décor, featuring vibrant indoor plants and a welcoming patio, made it a beautiful retreat. Accessibility was good, with helpful staff to assist seniors like me throughout our stay.
More variety in breakfast options would be great.

The rooms definitely need an update, with many guests noting tired furniture and outdated decor. If you're sensitive to noise, the church bells can wake you up early—a real downside for light sleepers. WiFi access was another pain point, lacking reliability and speed. Breakfast, while abundant in options, felt a bit uninspired, with limited variety day-to-day. The lack of proper air conditioning made the warmer days less comfortable, with only ceiling fans available to cool down. Lastly, the pool isn't heated, which might not be ideal for a refreshing dip during cooler months.
