Charming location near attractions

Exceptional cleanliness in the room (not a speck of dust to be found) and super friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the sea and easy access to local attractions.

Nothing it is perfect.

The hotel offers a charming atmosphere in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, complemented by a beautiful lobby filled with vibrant plants. While the rooms were a bit dated, the cleanliness was excellent. some facilities could benefit from updates, especially the pool area, which needs more maintenance.

The breathtaking entry area features a four-storey atrium decorated with vibrant hibiscus flowers and lush palm trees, providing a unique and inviting ambiance. The varied breakfast buffet includes local delights, such as fresh pastries and ripe bananas, allowing for a satisfying start to the day.

The WiFi situation is a hassle, offering limited access that often frustrates those needing a reliable connection. Noise from the chiming church bells early in the morning can be a real disruption, especially for light sleepers. the pool temperature leaves much to be desired, making it less inviting for a refreshing swim during cooler days.

I had an amazing time celebrating in puerto de la cruz! the double room balcony gave us a beautiful view of the square, and we loved enjoying breakfast, especially the fresh fruit selection. the atmosphere of the hotel exceeded my expectations compared to previous stays in the area.

I loved the huge room with a balcony, perfect for sunbathing! The shower was top-notch, especially for short people like me. The on-site restaurant had tasty food, and the pool area was pretty chill. Just wish the vibe was a bit less old-school. a solid stay in the heart of the city.

Charming hotel, elegant lobby, with a generous breakfast spread that included fresh bread, a selection of croissants, and a spacious dining area to enjoy it in, and conveniently located just an hour's drive from Los Rodeos North Airport making it easy to access.
